The most spectacular time of year in Lisbon is coming!
June is the month of Saint Anthony which this means that there will be parties everywhere all through the streets and colourful garlands will decorate the neighborhoods of the city center.
To kick off the celebration, Lisbon has invited Orquestra Gulbenkian and Pablo Sáinz Villegas for a unique concert that will take place on Saturday 3rd of June in Praça do Comercio at 22 pm.
They will play “Concerto de Aranjuez”, a musical composition written in 1939 by the Spanish composer Joaquin Rodrigo, whose work has the power to transcend listeners to another place by evocating the sounds of the nature. So it seems perfect for a summer night in our wonderful city.
Don’t miss this rare occasion, the concert is absolutely free! Here for more information.
