Among these the most famous is Feira da Ladra or Flea Market.
It is born in the XIII century and it has been located definitely in 1903 in Campo de Santa Clara.
According to the commonplace, the name is recalling the fact that people sell stolen objects in the fair. It is not clear if this is the truth, anyway it is sure that there you can find a lot of different objects!
Usually, they are second-hand objects, ancient or new, not necessarily or objectively beautiful, but for sure, odd and unique.
And it is not only a matter of what you can buy but also which the atmosphere you can experience walking through the market.
