Yesterday we went all together to tour guided by teacher Beatriz. We started from S.Jorge’s Castle, where we had the chance to know some legends about the kings and the queens of our country who lived inside the Castle, and then we followed the teacher through the streets of Mouraria, a multiethnic district in Alfama.

During the whole tour we were completely absorbed by the stories teacher Beatriz told to us about the portuguese history from the Middle Age to 20th century and to watch with our own eyes the characteristics streets where Fado born.

After the tour we stopped to have a glass of ginjinha and to enjoy some time all together!

We hope this has been a good opportunity for all to discover more about Portugal and also to know new people.
