Graça

Tomorow our teacher Beatriz will accompany us on a trip to one of the highest hills of the city: Graça. The neighborhood is fascinating, and it is still one of the least touristy areas of the city, despite all of the amazing restaurants and views.

Today, this area is inhabited mostly by Portuguese people. During 19th century, it was mostly a working class neighborhood. During our tour we will have the opportunity to see where people lived during the industrial revolution and know more about their habits and routines. Moreover, Beatriz wil describe us how the Industrial Revolution influenced and changed the city.

We will enjoy a spectacular panorama from Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte and we will have a drink all together in order to improve our Portugese!

We will meet on 07th of June in front of Igreja e Convento da Graça, at 3.00 pm. Join us!
